毕业设计（论文） 前进大厦办公楼结构、施工设计 The qianjin edifice of Technology office building Structure design ,Construction design  摘要，总建筑面积8585.53，抗震设防烈度为7度，场地为Ⅱ类场地。 本设计的内容包括结构设计和施工设计二部分： 结构设计阶段根据建筑设计方案，进行楼盖、楼梯、框架结构和基础结构计算。框架计算采用手算一榀框架，考虑多层结构抗震要求，进行抗震验算。并完成了相应的结构图绘制。 施工设计阶段做了清单工程量计算、编制建筑工程量投标报价书和施工组织设计。合理运用施工工艺,合理安排进度计划和现场平面布置，并绘制完成了施工进度计划图和施工总平面图。 关键词： 结构设计 框架结构 施工设计 清单 Abstract： The project is structure and construction architecture structure andconstruction design of The qianjin edifice of Technology office building. It is 9 stories. The height of the whole building is 30.00 meters. The total area is 8585.53. The earthquake resistance fortification is 7 degree, the site isⅡ. This design contents structure design and construction design. In the structure design, it contains the arrangement of the beam and slab, the calculation of the staircase, the framework of beams and columns and the foundation, and then, the corresponding drawings of the construction have been finished. In the construction organization design, it contains the volume list and sub-project pricing table quantities about the foundation project and the main part of the project, the preparation of the construction of organizational design, and mapping the progress of the completion of the construction plans and construction of the General layout.
