智能电能表设计与调试 摘要 在电工仪表领域中,电子式单相复费率IC卡电能表是一种测量电能的新型仪表。该仪表可提高电能的合理利用,为用户提供公正、公平的用电环境,对保证电力系统经济运行及适应电能管理自动化的要求具有非常重要的意义。 本文首先介绍了电子式电能表的发展现状及研究复费率IC卡电能表的意义,然后,对电子式电能表的测量原理和CS5460中的转换原理进行了分析。在此基础上,文章对以单片机,电能计量芯片为核心的电子式复费率IC卡电能表的硬件总体方案进行介绍,并按功能进行各个硬件电路单元的设计,主要侧重于电能测量单元和智能处理单元。在系统的软件设计中,我们采用结构化、模块化的设计方法,有电能计量处理子程序,峰平谷切换子程序,IC处理子程序等。最后,文章介绍了系统在硬件和软件方面采取的抗干扰措施。 关键词: 智能,复费率, 单片机,互感器 Design and Debug Of The Smart Energy Meter Abstract In the field of electrical instruments,the single-Phase IC card electrical energy instrument , made up of electronic elements for multi-level electrical Prices is a new type of instrument to measure electrical energy, This will improve the completely utilization of electrical energy, prevents happening of using electricity illegally, and provides fair and impartial environment of using electricity. This instrument will ensure the economical run of electrical Power systems and suit the requirements of the electrical Power departments’ automatic administration, which will be very important. At first, this paper introduces the present developing state of electronic watt-hour meter and the significance of the research of the single-Phase IC card electrical energy instrument , made up of electronic elements for multi-level electrical Prices. and then,analyzes the measure principle of the electrical energy measurement Especially analyzes the principle ofanalog-to-digital conversion in CS5460. The papers systematically expound the overall scheme of the hardware design of the meter, and the circuit design of each unit with the function divided, The hardware design mainly deals with measuring unit and intelligent processing unit. In the software, utilize modularization method to realize the Calculation and management of electrical energy, and changing Peak normal valley display and processing of IC card etc. At last,the Thesis introduces some anti-interference measures taken in the hardware and software.
