本 科 毕 业 论 文 题目现代企业成本控制研究—以中石化股份有限 公司为例 系 别 经济系 专 业 会计学 学生姓名 学 号 职 称 讲师 2015 年 4 月 30 日 现代企业成本控制研究—以中石化股份有限公司为例 摘 要 成本控制是在成本形成过程中对各项生产经营活动进行指导，限制和监督，及时发现偏差，采取纠正措施，使各项具体的和全部的生产耗费被控制在原来所规定的范围之内，并不断降低成本，以保证实现和超过规定的成本目标。成本控制是现代生产理论的重要组成部分，成本管理的好坏直接影响到所生产产品的竞争力，并且关系到企业的生存能力。本文以中国石油化工股份有限公司为例，首先从中国石油化工股份有限公司的特点、现状和管理等几方面对中国石油化工股份有限公司做以介绍，从而提出中国石油化工股份有限公司在勘探、生产、销售运输等成本控制环节中存在的不足。继而针对中国石油化工股份有限公司成本控制中存在的问题，运用先进的成本控制理念以及战略成本的控制思想，分析出可以降低生产制造成本的方法和渠道。最终，结合中国石油化工股份有限公司在具体落实和实施成本控制的过程中可能会发生的情况拟定出解决方案。 关键词：成本控制；中国石化；产销成本 ABSTRACT Cost control is the cost formation to guide the production and operation activities, restrictions and supervision, timely detection of deviations to take corrective measures, the specific and total production cost control within the scope of the original provisions, and continue to reduce costs, in order to ensure the realization of the cost target and exceed. Cost control is an important part of the theory of modern production, cost management will directly affect the product competitiveness, and related to the enterprises survival ability. The China Petroleum Chemical Co as an example, several aspects from the first China Petroleum Chemical Co characteristics, status and management of the China Petroleum Chemical Co to be introduced, so as to put forward the China Petroleum Chemical Co in the exploration, production, sales and transportation cost control problems existing in the process.
