编号： 毕业设计(论文)说明书 题 目：基于USB接口的温度监测系统 院 （系）： 专 业： 电子信息工程 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： 职 称： 题目类型： 理论研究 实验研究 工程设计 工程技术研究 软件开发 20 年 5 月 15日摘 要 温度是日常生产和生活中一个重要的物理量。在不同的应用领域中，研制和生产一个能对温度进行精确监测的系统有着十分重要的意义。本设计是基于单片机、并通过USB接口与计算机通信的温度监测系统。该系统包含的技术有传感器技术，信息处理技术，串口通信技术，软件编程等技术。系统由传感器，单片机，液晶，USB转串口，串行通信，Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0等部分组成。 整个系统以数据采集原理为主要的理论依据，采用DS18B20温度传感器进行温度数据的采集，通过STC89C52单片机进行实时处理，同步直观地在液晶上进行显示，并通过串行接口发送到计算机上进行相应处理。设计了单片机与PC机的接口转换电路，建立串行通信协议，使用VB6.0设计的上位机软件对单片机发送的数据实现对象化操作，将数据进行换算显示在可视化的界面中，并画出温度曲线图。通过上位机软件，可以及时了解整个系统的运行状况，同时加入了报警机制。最终设计的系统实现摄氏12度～摄氏60度测温，测温误差不超过0.5摄氏度。 关键词：温度监测；STC89C52； DS18B20； VB6.0； 温度曲线 Abstract Temperature is a very important physical quantity in the daily production and life. For the different application fields, development and produce a precise monitoring system of temperature has the extremely vital significance. This design is based on MCU and the USB interface and computer communications. The system involves sensor technology, information processing technology, serial interface communication technology, software programming technology and so on. The system consists of sensors, MCU, LCD, USB to serial, serial communications, Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 components. The main theoretical base is theory of data collection, using DS18B20 to get the temperature data, processing by a STC89C52, intuitively display on the LCD , and sent they to computer through the serial interface for corresponding processing. A converter circuit between MCU and PC interface and communication protocols have been designed and established, processing the data sented from MCU using a software designed by VB6.0, translate and display in the visual interface, then draw the curve of temperature.
