编号： 　毕业设计(论文)说明书 题 目：电脑机箱侧盖冲压工艺与 模具设计 学　　院： 机电工程学院 专 业：学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师单位： 姓 名： 职 称： 题目类型：(理论研究 (实验研究 (工程设计 (工程技术研究 (软件开发 2010年5月22日摘 要 根据台式电脑机箱侧盖的结构特性，确定了级进模与两副单工序模相结合的工艺方案。单工序模具先后完成90°折弯和侧推压平。该方案涉及冲孔、落料、切口、弯曲、起伏……工序。 级进模部分详细阐述了排样图的设计、工艺与设计计算以及零部件的设计。合理的排样是大批量冲压生产中降低成本的有效措施之一，也是级进模设计的关键。工艺与设计计算包含凸、凹模刃口尺寸计算；冲压力的计算；初选压力机；压力中心的计算。零部件的设计包括凸模；凹模；固定板；卸料板；定位零件（侧刃、导正销、导尺）；弹性元件——橡胶；浮料装置；模座；模柄。 弯曲模部分主要阐述了工艺计算以及零部件的设计。其中包括弯曲件展开长度的计算、弯曲件回弹值的计算、弯曲力的计算、弯曲模工作部分尺寸的计算、压力机的选择…… 侧推压平模部分着重描述了斜楔机构。 该方案虽然需要3副模具及配套设备，但是充分利用了现有设备，保证了生产的可行性与经济性。模具设计过程中充分考虑制件功能要求，合理设计了模具结构与零部件，结合精密加工与装配，大大缩短了模具调试周期，提高了经济效益，对电子、通讯产品外壳制件的模具设计有一定的指导作用。 关键词：侧盖；冲压工艺；排样；结构设计 Abstract According to the side cover structure characteristics of table model computer box，determined the progressive die and the single operation dies. The single operation dies finished 90°bending and lateral pushing.The project involved the procedure of blanking、piercing、notch、bend and fluctuation forming. The blank layout design 、process and design calculation and the parts design were introduced in detail in the progressive die. The reasonable layout is one of the effective measures to reduce costs in mass press production，is also the key of the progressive die design.The process and design calculation contain the point size calculation of punch and matrix、the press force calculation、choosing press primarily and the center of load calculating.The parts design include punch、matrix；fixed plate；stripper plate；locating elements（pitch punch、guide pin、conducting plate）；elastic element—rubber；cushion；shoe and shank. The process calculation and the parts design were elaborated mainly in the bending die.It included the blank length of bends calculating、the spring back value of bends calculating、the calculation of bending force、the working parts size of bending die calculating、choosing press and so on. The lateral pushing die was de
