Asiphile MMC Clinic officially opened its doors on 2nd August 2010 Hours of service 7am until 16h00 Reviews overp/holidays and weekend(P/O D 2 and 7….SMH) Initial patients were from St Marys catchment area and overflow of DOH camps,eg Fredville and KMPC Other client recruiting methods were employees of SMH and Marketing Dept. strategies,eg schools,local newspaper advertising,etc It was a “shell” that was turned into a high class clinic through the input of various SMH staff through MGT leadership. STAFFING AND TRAINING Training ----initially 4 doctors,15 nurses,1 counsellor and 1 clerk CURRENT STAFFING 1-2 Doctors per shift 5-8 Nurses per shift 1 counsellor 1 clerk Total number of patients to date = about 650 clients(2,5 mths) Currently…20 to 35/day + 10-20 Reviews/day T H A N K Y O U !!!!!!
