Unit 2 Healthy eating;【文章导语】Everyone wants to be healthy,but not all of them can resist the temptation of some foods.This passage mainly tells us what type of food is healthy. 人人都想健康,但是并非所有的人能够抵制住某些食物的诱惑。本文主要告诉我们哪种食物是健康的。 A Healthy Diet for Everyone;Sometimes,people are confused about what type of food is healthy,and what kind of food can be harmful to our health.The USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) has prepared a food guide to help people learn about which types of food are the healthiest to eat.The food guide describes six basic food groups:meat (beef,fish,chicken,etc.),dairy1 (milk,yogurt,cheese,etc.),grains (bread,cereal,rice,etc.),fruit (apples,peaches,oranges,lemons,etc.) and vegetables (beans,peas,cucumbers,eggplants2,green peppers,mushrooms,etc.).The last group is fats,oil,and sweets.The USDA also suggests how much of each food group is healthy to eat daily.Although this guide was prepared by the U.S.government,it is very useful for people all over the world.;Everyone wants to live a long,healthy life.We know that the food which we eat affects us in different ways.For example,doctors believe that fruit and vegetables can actually prevent many different diseases.On the other hand,animal fat can cause disease.Therefore,let’s improve our diet now and enjoy many years of healthy living.;译文 大众健康饮食 有时,人们感到困惑:哪种食物是健康的?哪种食物对我们的健康有害?美国农业部准备了一个食物指南,来帮助人们了解哪些类型的食物吃起来最健康。这个食物指南描 述了六种基本食物组:肉类(牛肉、鱼肉、鸡肉,等等),奶类(牛奶、酸奶、奶酪,等等),五谷类(面包、谷物、大米,等等),水果(苹果、桃子、橘子、柠檬,等等)和蔬菜(大豆、豌豆、黄瓜、茄子,青椒,蘑菇,等等)。最后一组是脂肪、油,和糖。美国农业部也建议每一个食物组每天吃多少是健康的。虽然这个指南是由美国政府准备的,但它对全世界的人们都是非常有用的。 每个人都想过长久、健康的生活。我们知道我们吃的食物在不同方面影响着我们。例如,医生相信水果和蔬菜事实上能够预防许多不同的疾病。另一方面,动物脂肪能够导致疾病。因此,现在让我们提高我们的饮食,享受多年健康的生活吧。;词海拾贝 ;难句剖析 ;理解诱思 1.Which types of food do you think are the healthiest to eat? ? 2.It can be learned from the passage that    .?
