变压器微机保装置的设计与调试

摘要 变压器是电力系统中的重要电气设备,它在电力系统的发电、输电、配电等各个环节广泛使用,因而其安全运行关系到整个电力系统能否连续稳定的工作。因此必须根据变压器的容量和重要程度并考虑到可能发生的各种类型的故障和不正常工作的情况,而装设性能良好、工作可靠的继电保护装置。而微机继电保护装置由于软件设计的灵活性可实现各种故障的判断,得到普遍应用。本文介绍35KV变压器微机保护系统,被保护变压器采用Y,d11联结组别。 本文在总结了变压器微机保护原理应用基础上,设计了一个基于 DSP 的变压器微机差动保护装置。首先介绍了硬件设计用到的各芯片的特性;然后具体说明了硬件的系统设计,主要分三部分:一是数据采集处理模块,二是人机接口模块,三是数据采集处理模块与人机接口模块的通信设计;其次在软件方面,先简单叙述了微机保护的算法,然后讲述了各功能模块的软件设计流程,主要包括主循环程序、中断子程序以及故障处理程序。 关键词:变压器,差动保护,DSP,微机保护 ABSTRACT Transformer is the important electrical equipment in power system, it is widely used in every link of the power system of power generation, transmission, distribution, and thus the safe operation of the whole electric power system can operate steadily and continuously. Therefore, must according to the transformer capacity and the importance of taking into account the various types of failures that may occur and not work normally, the installation of relay protection device has good performance, reliable work. The microcomputer relay protection device due to the flexibility of the system design and implement various fault judgment, obtains the universal application. Based on the summary of the microcomputer protection principle based on the transformer application, design a transformer differential protection device based on DSP. First introduces the characteristics of each chip used in the hardware design; then explains the system hardware design, mainly divided into three parts: one is the data acquisition and processing module, man-machine interface module is two, three is a data communication design of data acquisition and processing module and man-machine interface module; Second, in terms of software, computer protection briefly describes the algorithm, and then tells the story of each functional module of the software design process, including the main loop program, the interrupt subroutine and troubleshooting procedures.
