面向重在汽车长下坡刹车统设计毕业设计
摘 要
重型车辆过程中经常速失控导致的重、特大事故,而制动时间过长,刹车片温度迅速升高,是车辆制动失效以致车辆失控的主要原因。
Abstract
The rapid development of the domestic car market, while heavy-duty trucks is the development direction of the truck. However, with the increasing number of cars, security issues attract more and more peoples attention. Cars braking system is one of the most important active safety systems. Therefore, how to design a high-performance brake system, to provide protection for the safe driving, we must address an important issue. In addition, with heavy-duty vehicle market competition, how to shorten the product development cycle, improve design efficiency, reduce costs, improve product competitiveness in the market and become a successful business relationship.
Heavy vehicles often occurs during long downhill speed control. The reason is gravitational potential energy into kinetic energy of the vehicle. Conventional braking system due to overheat or wear, can not effectively and timely manner to eliminate the kinetic energy generated overdrive, thereby affecting the stability and security of the car. The goal of this project is the traditional long downhill braking principle automotive research and analysis, problem solving long downhill braking, and the corresponding mechanical system design.
This paper first introduces heavy vehicle brake system, the brake system to improve after the installation of the gear unit, the damper as an auxiliary brake system, and a reasonable choice of reducer, clutch damper.
Through this paper, the auxiliary brake system design of the new ideas for future research work laid the foundation. But the paper is quite rough, because of the time, conditions and capacity constraints, there is a lot of room for improvement.
