三峡大学硕士学位论文三峡大学硕士学位论文IIII摘 要随着电网谐波污染问题日益严重和人们对高性能电力传动技术的需要,电源装置 的小型化和轻量化成为了人们十分迫切的需求。目前解决的主要手段有高频化、元器 件和结构的小型化。因此交流斩波调压技术也成了人们研究的热点之一。交流斩波调 压控制技术作为一种新型高性能交流调压技术,解决了相控式调压技术的谐波含量 大,不易滤波,功率因数低等缺点,是一种具有很大发展前景的调压技术。通过对几种交流调压技术的比较,证明了交流斩波器具有无级调压、不产生低次 谐波、不影响系统功率因数的特点,但是难以抵抗非线性负载的冲击。在此基础上研 究了串联调整式交流斩波器的拓扑结构,并对其工作原理和控制策略进行了分析。本 文设计了系统硬件电路及控制软件,对硬件电路各项参数做了详细的计算,系统控制 由 32 位 ARM 处理器 STM32 完成。搭建了实验样机,进行了相应的实验验证。为了抑制负载侧低次谐波电压,本文提出一种新型 PWM 谐波抑制技术,在传统的恒定占空比控制的基础上引入新的调制函数计算出实时 PWM 占空比从而达到抑 制低次电压谐波的目的,给出了理论推导并做了 Matlab/Simulink 仿真。为了对串联调整式交流斩波器进行非线性负载冲击保护,本文从过电压保护和过 电流保护两方面进行分析,提出了采用加装缓冲电路、压敏电阻和旁路双向晶闸管等 措施。关键词:串联调整式 交流斩波器 PWM 谐波抑制 过流保护 过压保护IIIIIIAbstractWith the more and more worsening of the pollution in the power and the need of the technology in the power transmission of high-Performance, small size and light weight are very pressing needs for power supply. At present, high frequency, small components and structures is the primary mean to solve the problem. So, the technique of single phase voltage regulator with chop-control is one of the most popular researches. As a new and high-performance technology, single phase voltage regulator with chop-control overcome the disadvantages of a lot of harmonic contained in the thyristor phase control AC voltage regulator is hard to filter and the low power factor, and is a technique with good development prospects.The AC voltage adjusting methods are compared. All these things above prove that the AC-chopper, which has the advantages such as infinitive voltage regulation, without producing low order harmonic components and without influencing power factor. However, it is not easy to resist the impact of the nonlinear load. Under this foundation, the topological structure of series regulated AC-chopper is presented. The paper analyses the operating principle of AC-chopper and describes the working characteristics of AC-Chopper and control strategy.
