摘要随着社会的发展和“工程”概念的拓展，对当代工程师的要求已经从技术能 力向更广泛、更综合的高水平能力转变，这种高水平意味着工程师必须在知识、 能力和职业意识等方面全方位发展，即当代工程师应该是创业型工程人才。本文以华中科技大学光电信息工程专业为例，通过分析光电产业的创业型工 程人才需求现状和华中科技大学光电子科学与工程学院人才培养现状，指出培养 创业型工程人才的必要性。高校承担着培养人才的重任，课程是教育教学的关键 载体。本文以课程为切入点，为创业型工程人才培养模式的构建提供参考。本文从课程目标、课程内容、课程的组织和运行、课程评价四方面对创业型 光电工程人才的课程设计提出了建议。以创业型光电工程人才的三级目标为依据， 提出“让学生获得一体化学习经验”的课程目标，即学生知识、能力和职业意识 的一体化，将三者整合到课程中；课程内容是课程目标的物化，它应该明确每一 个学科或项目是如何相互支撑和关联的，在此将课程分为理论课和实践训练课程 两类，理论课包括通识教育基础课、专业核心必修课、专业方向课、创业意识课、 创业知识课、创业实务课，实践训练课程包括项目、实验和实习三个部分。与理论课和实习等实践训练课程相比，项目学习为理论学习与实践训练结合、 学生积累工程实践经验提供了最佳的自然场所，它贯穿于学生学习的整个过程和 各个环节，鉴于此，项目学习的运行和项目学习的评价就分别成为本文中课程的 组织和运行、课程评价这两部分的重点。本文提出了基于 CDIO 的一体化项目学 习过程模型（C-DREAM 模型）以及基于 C-DREAM 模型的项目学习评价过程。C-DREAM 模型即概念（C- conceive）-- 设计（D- design）-- 资源整合（R-resources ） — 项目评价（ EA- evaluation and assessment ） — 反馈和改进（ M- modification），该模型为学生项目学习提供了清晰的路径，为巩固学生学科知识、 培养学生综合能力和职业意识提供了一个参考路径。基于 C-DREAM 模型的项目 学习评价过程将学习效果与项目整合，将项目学习的评价过程与项目学习运行的 C-DREAM 模型整合，展示了一个全过程多样化的项目学习评价体系，进一步探索 了光电工程创新创业人才培养的工程训练体系。关键词：创业型工程人才 光电工程 课程 项目学习AbstractWith the social development and the expansion of the concept “engineering”, the requirements of contemporary engineers transit from the technical ability to comprehensive ability of high level, which means the engineers should have all-round development of knowledge, skills and professional awareness namely the contemporary engineers are ought to be entrepreneurial engineering talents.This paper takes the major of optoelectronics of science and engineering in Huazhong University of Science and Technology for example, by analysis of the actuality of the demand for entrepreneurial engineering talents and cultivation of qualified engineering gifts of the college of optoelectronics of science and engineering, points out that it is essential to train entrepreneurial engineering talents.
