It seems that the companies would near to be closed by a pace with adding a chain store. Obviously, the fact is not so, as we know that expanding chain stores is necessary to the related companies, and there are a lot of excellent enterprises under the situation of prosperous internet business. What is good and bad about the chain store? Which facts should we consider before expanding? How to handle these facts with related datum?A feasible conclusion comes at the end of this paper, which is suitable with the expanding plan of current Chuangxie Company. The paper also talks about other plan against other companies similar as Chuangxie, which positions at advanced stages.
