Usually the corporation cannot recruit the professional person with the excellent capacity of operation. It is obvious that it goes against the performance to an enterprise which dedicates to become the strong company. Now, how to analyze the need of self development? How to solve the problems of the current recruitment channels? How to widen the effective recruitment channels? The answers mean a lot. Hongtai oil company limited, as a sale industry, its choice of recruitment channels have great impact on the construction of human resources and the development of the tragedies of the company. This article will deeply analyze on the problems of choosing the recruitment channels and discuss how to select the effective recruitment through the investigation in the spot and the relative questionnaire survey. Besides, I will bring about some effective advices of decreasing the dependence of headhunters, increasing the strength of inner recruitment, perfecting the system of staff recommendation and establishing the system of choosing the efficient quantitative indicators. I hope that this article can be beneficial for the company’s choosing recruitment channels. Key words:
