临床护理干预在乳腺纤维瘤手术中的应用 摘要：目的：分析临床护理干预措施在乳腺纤维瘤手术中的效果。方法：分析医院2016年1月-2017年7月这期间收治的90例乳腺纤维瘤患者的临床资料。90例患者都接受过手术治疗，将患者分为两组：观察组和对照组，对观察组乳腺纤维瘤患者实行临床护理干预措施，而对照组患者则按照常规护理措施，比较两个小组的患者术后康复效果。结果：在90例乳腺纤维瘤患者中，放置引流条的患者有42例，占患者总人数的46.67%；手术后，观察组拔出引流条的平均时长是(22.13±2)h，而对照组拔出引流条的平均时长为(25.32±2)h。观察组所需时间明显要比对照组短。对照组中有5例乳腺纤维患者在手术后转为恶性肿瘤。结论：临床护理干预措施使乳腺纤维瘤患者的手术更容易成功，提高了患者康复的速度，有利于乳腺纤维瘤患者的切口愈合。 关键词：乳腺纤维瘤手术;临床护理；干预措施 Abstract Objective: to analyze the effect of clinical nursing intervention in breast fibroma operation. Methods: the clinical data of 90 patients with breast fibroma treated in our hospital from January 2016 to July -2017 were analyzed. 90 patients had received surgical treatment, the patients were divided into two groups: observation group and control group, the observation group of patients with breast fibroma clinical nursing intervention, while the control group was treated with routine nursing, rehabilitation effects were compared between the two groups of patients after operation. Results: in 90 cases of breast tumor patients, placement of drainage in patients with 42 cases, accounting for 46.67% of the total number of patients; after the surgery, the observation group is pulled out when the average drainage (22.13 + 2) h, while the control group pull out the average drainage time (25.32 + 2 h). The time required for the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group. In the control group, 5 cases of breast cancer were transformed into malignant tumors after operation. Conclusion: the clinical nursing intervention can make the operation easier for the patients with breast cancer, improve the speed of the patients rehabilitation, and help the incision healing of the breast fibroma patients.
