铝合金制品,其重量轻、抗冲击、耐用等方面优势,6061铝合金中的主要合金元素为镁与硅,具有中等强度、良好的可成型性抗腐蚀性、可焊接性氧化效果较好6061 PRO/E DEFROM-3D
ABSTRACT
The aluminum alloy is one important material for lightening the product weight and improving the product performance, because of the light weight, the anti- impact and the durable use of its product. The main alloying elements in the aluminum alloy 6061 are the magnesium and the silicon. Its product has the medium intensity, the good formability, the anti- cauterization, good welding, and the good oxidized effect; also its transformation temperature and the forging temperature are lower, so it is extremely suitable to manufacture complex structure by using the Isothermal Forging method.
In this thesis, the forging craft of the aluminum alloy silencer cover of the motorcycle is analyzed, then the forging thermodynamic parameter of the aluminum alloy 6061, the method of heating up the forging billet and the preheating method of the forging dies are defined. Through the forging craft analysis, the shaping method of the forged piece is determined and then the forging dies is designed with the three dimensional software (PRO/E).
Numerical simulation based on FEM has become a powerful tool on analyzing forging process. In this paper, 3-D numerical simulations for isothermal forging processes of a complex structural component of aluminum alloy 6061 were performed by using of DEFORM-3D software. The flowing rule of the alloy, the strain and the stress distribution rule within the work piece were analyzed in the simulation. Also the strain and the stress distribution rule of the dies were analyzed by using the three dimensional software (DEFORM-3D). The results of the simulations offer valuable data for the forging and the designing of the dies, so the damage chance of dies is reduced when testing the molds.
