So, the sports professional master degree emerged as the times require. However, in the face of the growing number of college graduates for employment, for those sports masters who were fairly limited in employment and were high hoped, the pressure is self-evident to break the siege to find satisfaction with the work.This paper took “the current employment situation of the full-time sports professional master degree postgraduates in Jiangsu Province” as the research object, and took 2011 to 2014 full-time sports master degree graduates of Soochow University, Nanjing Normal University, Yangzhou University, China University of Mining and Technology, Nanjing Sport Institute, Jiangsu Normal University etc 6 universities of Jiangsu Province as the investigation object. By means of literature research, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, logic analysis etc methods, the author investigated and studied on cultivation and employment situation of the current situation about full-time sports masters in our province, so as to find out the factors affecting the employment of full-time sports master, and the problems in the cultivation process of full-time sports master, and to put forward the related proposal which is possible to promote the full-time sports master’s employment and culture.The results of research show that: first, the expansion of enrollment is scale, but the quality of the students is affected; second, social adaptability is strong, but the practical ability of occupation is weak; third, there are innovative teaching methods, b
