山东液化天然气轻烃回收工艺分析摘要:作为一种宝贵的资源天然气在能源日益紧张的今天发挥着越来越重要的作用。回收液化天然气轻烃可以改善液化天然气的质量,降低液化天然气的露点,减少油气损耗,提高液化天然气的整体经济和社会效益。而化工流程模拟的计算不仅对于流程设计、生产指导具有重要的意义,对减少试验消耗、消除安全隐患也是十分必要的。HYSYS是当今应用最为广泛的化工模拟软件之一,它具有指导操作、功能强大等优点,是模拟复杂化工过程的重要工具。为此,本论文针对山东液化天然气轻烃回收装置,利用HYSYS对其进行了稳态流程模拟,给出了模拟的主要过程和计算结果,分析了对产品收率和能耗有影响的一些重要因素,观察了关键参数如温度、压力和组成等的控制情况,同时分析了在一些干扰存在的条件下,部分参数的响应情况。在流程模拟的基础上,得出最佳操作参数,并在现场实施应用。关键词:轻烃回收;HYSYS;流程模拟;稳态;优化Shandong recovery of light hydrocarbon in liquefied natural gas HYPERLINK app:ds:industrial analysisindustrial analysisABSTRACT:As a kind of valuable resource, natural gas has been exerted importantly in today when energy sources are on edge. The recovery of light hydrocarbon in liquefied natural gas can improve the quality reduce the dew point of liquefied natural gas and decrease the consummations of oil and gas,which can increase the whole economic benefit of the liquefied natural gas and the benefit of society. The design of chemical engineering process is not only important for flow design and the production, but also essential for reducing the experiments consuming and avoiding the safety-hidden problems. HYSYS is one of the most extensively applied softwares in chemical simulations nowadays. It is provided with lots of merits, such as instructing operation, powerful functions. HYSYS is an important tool for complex chemical process-simulation. Therefore, this paper has been made use of HYSYS to simulate static-state process for Shandong recovery of light hydrocarbon in liquefied natural gas equipments. It has been given primary courses and results, and analyzed some important factors for impacting the ratio of recovery and the consummation of energy,and observed key parameters, such as temperature, press,and compositions; analyzed the change of those parameters in existed disturb.
