Abstract : Energy consumption problems of underground buildings are investigated. The underground buildings are
classified based on the running energy consumption influence factors: buried depth and inner disturbances. Two methods of
energy conservation designfor underground building are pointed out: performance and prescription. The performance method
is dependent on energy analysis software for underground building. s for the prescription method, the design of natural
ventilation and moistureproof are discussed.
