It flows 3 kilometers. According to the code requirements and the local actual situation, uses the bidirectional four-lane first class highway standard on all fronts, the SMA Pavement, design speed of 80km/h, subgrade width of 24.5m.The contents of this design includes: first, according to the volume of traffic definites traffic lane number and elections on the topographic maps , sets route , and then proces to route graphic design, longitudinal design, cross-sectional design, such as cridges and culverts courses. In addition, the section of the subgrade, pavement , draining water, the side slope protection, the culvert and the retaining wall has carried on the design.
