探讨灵龟八法针剌配合推拿治疗腰痛的临床意义.doc

靈龜八法針剌配合推拿治療腰痛20例臨床觀察 楊鎮昇 (香港中醫藥管理委員會註冊中醫師、醫學碩士) 【摘要】 目的：探討靈龜八法針剌配合推拿治療腰痛的臨床意義。方法：通過靈龜八法針剌配合推拿治療腰痛20例與常規針剌配合推拿治療腰痛30例對照比較，採用腰痛常規評判法及簡式McGill疼痛問卷(MPQ)和視覺仿真定級(VAS)評定法。觀察其臨床效果。結果：1.腰痛常規評判法：治療組有效率達90%，優於對照組(86.67%)，P＜0.01，有顯著性差異。2.疼痛判定結果：兩組從MPQ及VAS疼痛積分、不同針刺療效指數、疼痛緩解率等比較，都顯示治療組優於對照組。特別是在疼痛緩解方面存在較大優勢。並顯示經10次治療後疼痛緩解最明顯。結論：採用靈龜八法選穴治療腰痛可在最佳時效內通過針刺所開穴位，使奇經八脈的作用得以充分發揮，而達到調和氣血，舒經通絡的作用，對治療腰痛及緩解疼痛存在較大優勢。並配合推拿起到活血化瘀，舒經止痛的作用。兩者合用得到預期的療效。 【關鍵字】 靈龜八法 針刺療法 推拿療法 腰痛 Clinical Effectiveness of Ling Gui Ba Fa Acupuncture Therapy in Conjunction with the Application of Tui Na Massage in Management of Chronic Waist Pain Objective: To explore the clinical effectiveness of Ling Gui Ba Fa (Eight measures of Sacred Turtoise) acupuncture therapy in conjunction with the application of Tui Na massage in the therapy of chronic waist pain. Method: Fifty patients with complaints of chronic waist pain were divided into two groups. Group A, the test group, comprised of 20 patients treated by Ling Gui Ba Fa acupuncture in conjunction with the application of Tui Na massage. Group B, the control group, comprised of 30 patients treated by merely conventional Tui Na massage. Measurement of pain severity was conducted by conventional pain assessment, McGill Pain Questionnaire Short-Form (SF-MPQ) and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) before and after the therapy course to determine the clinical effectiveness of pain management of Ling Gui Ba Fa acupuncture in conjunction with the application of Tui Na massage. Results: 1. Conventional pain assessment showed that the clinical effectiveness of pain management in the test group was up to 90% and that in the control group was 86.67%, demonstrating a significant difference of P0.01. 2.
