By random sampling, totally 100 pieces of paper written by graduate students were selected in base of NCEPU fromelectric, power engineering, businessadministration, and computer science and technology, etc. Taking their English titles as the data, the author carried out quantitative analysis of structural sorts and main errors, recorded the frequency and rate of each sorts and errors. It proved that the English learners are trend to use noun phrase st
