四平小学教师职业倦怠现状情况调研及对策研究.doc

摘 要 众多资料显示，教师已经成为当前工作压力最大的群体之一。相对于中学阶段的学生已经有一定的自我管理能力，小学生们正处于人生的起步阶段，各种学习与行为习惯亟待养成，这无疑加大了小学教师的工作压力。如果不能正确的应对工作压力，久而久之，就会容易诱发职业倦怠。职业倦怠不仅不利于小学教师个人身心健康与职业发展，而且对于教学质量的提高产生负面影响。 本文以四平市小学教师为调查对象，阐释了其职业倦怠的结构特征，分析了小学教师产生职业倦怠的主要原因，并据此从外部环境改善与教师自我干预能力提升两方面提出了相应的出缓解小学教师职业倦怠的策略。 关键词：四平市 小学教师 职业倦怠调查研究 Abstract Many data show that teachers current working pressure has become the largest one of the group. Relative stage of secondary school students have certain self management ability, the pupils are in the early stage of life, a variety of learning and behavior habit to get into, it increased the elementary school teachers work pressure. If can not correctly deal with work pressure, over time, will be easy to induce occupational burnout. Job burnout is not only bad for primary school teachers personal physical and mental health and career development, but also for the improvement of teaching quality have a negative impact. Taking siping elementary school teachers as subjects, illustrates the structure features of the job burnout, the elementary school teachers job burnout of the main causes are analyzed, and accordingly from the external environment to improve teachers self intervention capabilities improve two aspects put forward the corresponding the mitigation strategies of elementary school teachers job burnout.
