ABSTRACTCombinedradiation-traumainjuryaremainlyobservedinradiationtreatmentofcancerandradiationinjurywithtraumaticpatients.Thesignificantissueisdelayedwoundhealing.Existingresearchshowsthat:delayedwoundhealingcausedbytotalbodyirradiationinjuryistheresultofmulti-healing-factorcooperationwithreductionandfunctionalimpairmentofhematopoieticcellsandrepaircells.Thechangesofthedamagemaybecloselyrelatedtoinjuryseverity,radiationdosage,individualdifferencesandotherfactors.Itsmechanismisnotclearatpresent.Cytokinesareaclassofsmallmoleculepeptidewhichhavesignificantregulatoryfunctionsincellgrowthanddifferentiation.Theyareimportantsignaltransmittersbetweencellandtheextracellularmatrix.VEGF(VascularEndothelialGrowthFactor),PDGF(Platelet-derivedGrowthFactor),TNF-α(TumorNecrosisFactor)areimportantmessengermoleculesandorganizersinwoundhealing.Studieshavefoundthatindifferentperiodsofcombinedradiation-traumainjury,PDGF,VEGFandTNF-αexpressiondecreasedsignificantly.Theexistingresearchesincombinedradiation-traumainjuryrepairwerefocusedonfunctionofcytokinesintheprocessofwoundhealing.Althoughmorecomplexanimalmodelsofinjurywerereportedintheliterature,awarenesswasquitedifferentinmanyfieldsasradiationdosage,animalmortalitystatisticsandlevelofdelayedwoundhealing.Becausethereisnoexclusivestandardmodel,weconstructahighstable,goodrepeatability,standardizedanimalmodelofcombinedradiationinjury,analyzethefunctionandsignificanceofPDGF,VEGFandTNF-αinwoundhealingofcombinedradiationinjury,andexploretherelationshipbetweencytokinesandinflammatorycells.Itisnecessaryforthestudyofmechanismoftotalbodyirradiationinwoundhealing.ObjectiveBuildmodelswithdifferentdosesoftotalbodyradiationwithskindefect/incisedwoundbymice.Testtheindexeswhichcanreflectthelevelofinjuryasinflammatorycells,woundrepaircellsandnewbloodcapillaries,andtheexpressionofPDGF、VEGF、TNF-αinwoundsofcombinedradiationinjury(Within14daysafterinjury),studythedifferentdosagesoftotalbodyradiationeffectsonskin,explorethefunctionofPDGF,VEGFandTNF-αinwound
