However, civil hub airports lack the experience of business development, commercial development level is far behind Europe and other developed countries. This article aims to put forward a method of the layout and designing for civil hub airport commercial space, and stimulate the potential of commercial development, which will be great significance for increasing non-aeronautical revenue and enhancing the international competitiveness in the world. This article takes the airport visitor spending characteristics as the starting point, and analyzes the consumer psychology and consumer behavior of passengers, combining with the development problems of domestic airports, carries out scientific and rational commercial positioning and planning, finally proposed the designing strategies for the airport commercial space. A reasonable airport commercial planning must clear three issues firstly: What should sell in the airport? Where to sell? How to sell better? Firstly positioning the type of format, analyzes the commercial ratio according to passenger demand, makes the scientific ratio on the overall business area, the functional business area and the district commercial area. Under the precondition of positioning and planning, develops the relevant four layout principals: the comprehensive development, the priority location, the close flow line, the clear partition, and proposed commercial layout characteristics and organizational model of the airport.
