三种不同治疗方法在股骨粗隆间骨折中的综合应用价值比较 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨PFN、PFNAR及Gamma钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。 方法 选取2011年2月～2013年11月本院收治的90例股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象，随机分为PFN组、PFNAR组、Gamma钉组，各30例。比较3组的手术时间、术中出血量和优良率。 结果 PFNAR组的手术时间显著短于其他两组，术中出血量少于其他两组，PFN组的手术时间短于Gamma钉组，术中出血量少于Gamma钉组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。PFNAR组的优良率为96.7%，PFN组的优良率为93.3%，Gamma钉组的优良率为90.0%，3组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 PFNAR为治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的最佳方法，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 股骨近端髓内钉；股骨近端髓内钉-螺旋刀片；Gamma钉；股骨粗隆间骨折 　　[中图分类号] R683.42 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）01（b）-0050-03 　　Comprehensive application value comparation of three different treatment in femoral intertrochanteric fracture 　　RAO Fang-ping OUYANG Shao-ming ZENG Shen-juan JIN Shao-li 　　Department of the First Orthopaedics，the Second People′s Hospital of Pingxiang City in Jiangxi Province，Pingxiang 337000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of PFN，PFNAR and Gamma nail in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 90 cases with femoral intertrochanteric fractures from February 2011 to November 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the PFN group，the PFNAR group，the Gamma nail group， 30 cases in each group.Operation time，intraoperative blood loss and good rate of three groups was compared reapectively. Results Operation time in the PFNAR group was shorter than that in the other two groups，intraoperative blood loss in the PFNAR group was less than that in the other two groups，the operation time in PFN group was shorter than that in the Gamma nail group，intraoperative blood loss in PFN group was less than that in Gamma nail group，with significant difference（P0.05）.The good rate in PFNAR group was 96.7%，the good rate in PFN group was 93.3%，the good rate in Gamma nail group was 90.0%，there was significant difference between 3 groups （P0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of PFNAR in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures is the best，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application. 　　[Key words] Proximal femoral nail；Proximal femoral nail
