三种不同静脉置管方法的可靠性和优胜性探讨 　　【摘要】 目的：对三种不同静脉置管方法的可靠性和优胜性进行探讨。方法：选取2011年1月-2012年12月90例在笔者所在医院进行静脉置管的患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组60例和治疗组30例，对照组采用颈内静脉穿刺30例（对照1组）和锁骨下静脉穿刺置管30例（对照2组），治疗组采用颈外静脉穿刺置管，比较三种不同静脉置管方法的可靠性和优胜性。结果：治疗组首次穿刺成功率（93.33%）明显高于对照1组（56.67%）和对照2组（60.00%），穿刺用时长短和整个置管时间均少于对照1组和对照2组，且感染率低，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：颈外静脉穿刺置管成功率较高，并发症少，耗时短，操作简单，是临床上首选的安全、有效的穿刺置管路径。 　　【关键词】 静脉置管； 可靠性； 优胜性 　　中图分类号 R473 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）7-0145-03 　　Reliability and Superiority of Three Different Vein Tube Methods/ZHANG Chun-gui，FAN Gui-juan，GAO Juan-ling.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（7）：145-147 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the reliability and superiority of three different vein tube methods.Method：From January 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital 90 venous catheterization patients were selected as the research objects，they were randomly divided into the control group（60 cases） and the treatment group （30 cases），the control group was given the puncture of internal jugular vein（the control 1 group，n=30） and subclavian vein catheterization（the control 2 group，n=30），the treatment group was given external jugular vein puncture， the reliability and superior of three groups were compaerd.Result：The success rate of first puncture of the treatment group（93.33%） was significantly higher than those of the control 1 group（56.67%） and the control 2 group（60.00%），the whole length of puncture and catheterization time was less than those of the control 1 group and the control 2 group，and the infection rate was lower than those of the control 1 group and the control 2 group，there were statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：External jugular vein puncture has a higher success rate，fewer complications，short time，simple operation，is clinically preferred safe，effective puncture path. 　　【Key words】 Vein catheterization； Reliability； Superiority 　　First-author’s address：Wuzhou Worker’s Hospital，Wuzhou 543001，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2015.07.073 　　中心静脉置管能够使药物直接由上腔静脉进入心脏，快速
