西安欧亚学院本科毕业论文（设计） 摘 要 本论文题目为枫景花园A座招标文件的编制。本工程建设地点位于西安市雁塔区电子城欧亚路128号。本建筑的要求为一级建筑等级，建筑的耐火等级为一级，建筑类型为剪力墙结构，最高为50年的使用年限，抗震设防烈度为八度，屋面防水等级为Ⅱ级，防水层合理使用年限为15年。建筑层数为地下一层，地上二十二层，建筑总面积为32319.3m2(其中地上30329.3m2 地下1990m2) ，建筑高度为66.45m。 本论文主要内容包括了八个内容，即投标邀请书，投标人须知，评标办法，合同条款及格式，工程量清单，图纸，技术标准和要求，投标文件格式。 为节约经济、时间成本，本次工程招标采取邀请招标方式。为便于投标人了解工程详情，编制招标文件，工程概况，工程量清单等内容编写详实，明确了可能发生的导致经济或责任纠纷的事项。 关键词：投标人须知；评标办法；技术标准和要求；投标文件格式 西安欧亚学院本科毕业论文（设计） Abstract The thesis topic for the preparation of tender documents Feng Jings Garden Block A.The construction site is situated in Xian Yanta Road.Construction grade level, type of shear wall structure engineering structures,Design life of 50 years, the building was a fire resistance rating, seismic fortification intensity octave, roofing grade Ⅱ, waterproof layer reasonable service life of 15 years.Floors of basement, ground and 22 floors, the total construction area of 32319.3m2 (where ground 30329.3m2 underground 1990m2), building height of 66.45m. The main contents include eight content, that invitation to tender, instructions to bidders, evaluation methods, contract terms and formats, BOQ, drawings, technical standards and requirements, the tender file format. To save the economic cost, time cost, take this invitation to tender tendering. To facilitate understanding of engineering details bidder, content preparation of tender documents, project profiles, such as the preparation of detailed BOQ clearly lead to economic matters or liability disputes that may occur.
