中文摘要 PAGE III 毕业设计(论文) 题 目： 杭州松下家用电器有限公司生产物流的 分析与优化 学生姓名 学 号 分 院 机电工程 专业班级 指导教师 摘 要 杭州松下家用电器有限公司近些年来快速地发展，使厂内物流与搬运方面的矛盾日益突出。能否在现有工厂设施基础上，在投入尽可能少、建设周期尽可能短的情况下，做一些基本设施与布置的改进与增添，迅速地改变目前的生产物流与搬运现状，和装配线工序的分解与重组，进行工序平衡性改进，解决一些现实的生产问题，为公司的快速发展提供支持和帮助，即是本文阐述的根本所在。 正是在此背景下，本文采用了系统布置设计与系统搬运分析相结合等方法，对杭州松下家用电器有限公司的生产物流系统进行了对装配线、机器、设备、运输通道和场地做出有机的组合与合理配置，达到系统内部布置最优化。本论文研究，能使杭州松下家用电器有限公司提高企业生产物流的效率，提升企业的生产能力的竞争力。 关键词：生产物流；系统布置设计；搬运系统分析； 装配线平衡 英文摘要 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of HMH(Hang Zhou Panasonic household appliances Co Ltd) in recently years ,conflicts in the aspects of logistics and transit in factory becomes more and more no table .We wish to solve some existing production problems ,change the status of production logistics and transit rapidly with the cost of improvement and addition of some fundamental facilities and layouts, and resolving and reorganization of assembly line process, carry on the balance improvement of the process, for offering support and helping fast development of the company, that is this text explained basic. Just in these backgrounds, by using of system layout planning system handling analysis etc, this paper analyzed the production logistics system of HMH. Through researching that in the assembly line correctly, make the organic association and disposition rationally with machine, apparatus, transportation pass way and field, reach and fix up and optimize most within the system. The research of this thesis, can make HMH improve the efficiency of enterprises production logistics , promote the competitiveness of the production capacity of enterprises.
