全程护理干预对改善中老年糖尿病患者血糖水平及生活质量效果评价 　　[摘要] 目的 通?^对比全程护理干预与常规护理后中老年糖尿病患者血糖水平及生活质量情况，分析全程护理干预的临床应用价值。 方法 选取该院收治的中老年糖尿病患者105例作为研究对象，随机分为实验组治疗期间给予常规护理和对照组患者给予全程护理干预措施，观察并对比两组患者治疗护理前后的血糖水平以及护理干预后的生活质量评分，分析全程护理干预措施的临床应用价值。结果 两组患者治疗护理前的FBG、2 hPBG、HbAlc等比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05），治疗护理后的FBG、2 hPBG、HbAlc等比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 全程护理干预可有效改善中老年糖尿病患者的血糖水平，提高患者的生活质量，具有一定的临床价值。 　　[关键词] 全程护理；中老年糖尿病；血糖；生活质量 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）01（a）-0144-02 　　Effect of Whole Course Nursing Intervention on Blood Sugar Level and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Diabetes 　　XU Hong-xia 　　Department of Medical center， the Peoples Hospital of Jian yang，Jianyang，Sichuan Province， 641400 China 　　[Abstract] Objective to analyze the clinical value of whole course nursing intervention by comparing the blood glucose level and quality of life of the elderly patients with diabetes mellitus after the whole nursing intervention and routine nursing care. Methods Select our hospital in 105 cases of elderly patients with diabetes as the research object， randomly divided into experimental group during treatment given routine nursing and patients in the control group were given nursing intervention， observation and nursing before and after treatment were compared between two groups of blood glucose level and nursing intervention on the quality of life score analysis， nursing intervention the clinical value of measures. Results There was no significant difference between two groups before treatment FBG， 2 hPBG， HbAlc （P0.05）， with statistical significance after treatment and nursing， FBG， 2 hPBG， HbAlc（P0.05）.
