全程护理在急诊危重患者抢救中应用效果探讨 　　DOI：10.16662/j.cnki.1674-0742.2017.09.150 　　[摘要] 目的 研究分析全程护理在急诊危重患者就诊过程的应用效果。 方法 福建省某三甲医院急诊科2016年5月开始为期 3 个月的全程护理模式探讨，并比较全程护理模式在急诊危重患者应用前（2016 年2 ―4月） 和应用后（2016年8―10月）共120例患者 ，将其随机分为对照组与实验组，每组60例。病人的抢救成功率、焦虑（SAS）得分及护理满意度。结果 应用后急诊危重患者的抢救成功率91.67%、护理满意度88.83%，显著高于应用前（P0.05）；应用后焦虑情绪（61.60±3.20）分，显著低于应用前（P0.05）。 结论 在对急诊危重患者进行抢救过程中实施全程护理，可显著提高抢救成功率与护理满意度，减轻患者焦虑情绪，值得在临床上做进一步的推广使用。 　　[关键词] 全程护理；急诊危重患者；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）03（c）-0150-03 　　Study on Application Effect of Whole Course Nursing in the Rescue of Emergency Critically Ill Patients 　　WANG Shu-yu， LIN Bi-hui， CHEN Ying 　　Emergency Center， Fujian Provincial Hospital， Fuzhou， Fujian Province， 350001 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research and analyze the application effect of whole course nursing in the rescue of emergency critically ill patients. Methods The whole course nursing model of 3 months in the department of emergency in Fujian AAA Hospital since May 2016 was discussed and 120 cases of emergency critically ill patients before the application of whole course nursing model （ February 2016 to April 2016） and after the application of whole course nursing model （August 2016 to October 2016） were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each， the rescue success rate， SAS score and nursing satisfactory degree of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The rescue success rate and nursing satisfactory degree after the application were respectively 91.67% and 91.67%， which were obviously higher than those before the application（P0.05）， and the anxiety emotion after application was（61.60±3.20）marks， which was obviously lower than that before the application（P0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of whole course nursing in the rescue of emergency critically ill patients can obviously improve the rescue success rate and nursing satisfactory degree and relieve the anxiety emotion of patients， and it is worth further promotio
