全面健康教育在妇女保健中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨妇女健康教育在妇女保健过程中的应用效果。 方法 将2014年2月～2015年1月来我院妇女保健门诊就诊的80名妇女作为本次研究的研究对象。按照患者就诊时间的先后顺序将其均分为实验组和对照组。对照组给予常规健康教育指导，实验组在对照组的基础上给予全面的健康教育。健康教育结束后对两组展开问卷调查，根据问卷调查结果评价健康教育的实施情况。 结果 健康教育后，两组在保健相关知识、主观意识、行为以及总得分4个方面比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05或P0.01）。 结论 加强对妇女的健康教育，能够有效提高广大妇女对保健工作的理解与支持，使广大妇女从思想上转变观念，掌握自我保健知识，改变日常生活中的不良习惯，加强对妇科疾病的防范意识，从而养成健康的生活方式。 　　[关键词] 健康教育；妇女保健；妇科疾病 　　[中图分类号] R473.71 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）07（c）-0144-03 　　Application of comprehensive health education in healthcare of women 　　LI Yuan-fang 　　Physical Examination Center，Liwan Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College，Guangzhou 510170，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of women′s health education in the process of their healthcare. Methods From February 2014 to January 2015，80 women visited women′s healthcare clinic in our hospital were selected as research objects.According to the sequence of visiting doctors，they were divided into experimental group and control group.In the control group，guidance of regular health education was provided，while in the experimental group，on the basis of the control group，comprehensive health education was adopted.Questionnaire survey was carried out in the two groups after termination of health education.Application of health education was evaluated based on outcomes of questionnaire. Results After health education，there were significant differences in four aspects including health-related knowledge，subjective consciousness，behavior，and the total score in both groups，which displayed statistical significance （P0.05 or P0.01）. Conclusion Strengthening women′s health education can effectively improve their understanding and support on healthcare，change their obsolete ideas inwardly，master self-care knowledge，get rid of bad habits in daily life，and enhance prevention consciousness on gynecological diseases in order to develop a healthy lifestyle. 　　[Key words] Health education；Women′s healthcare；Gynecological disease 　　妇科疾病作
