全程综合心理行为干预对首发精神分裂症患者康复影响 　　[摘要] 目的:探讨全程综合心理行为干预对首发精神分裂症患者康复的影响。方法:将120例首发精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组患者进行精神分裂症的常规治疗,观察组则在常规治疗同时进行全程综合心理行为干预,采用阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)[1]、生活质量量表(GQOLI)[1]、患者的情况调查表(一般情况、服药依从性、复发、再就业)评价患者康复效果和生存质量。结果:观察组患者出院后第1年PANSS低于对照组(P0.01或0.05)和GQOLI评分高于对照组(P0.01),两组间在服药依从性、复发率、就业率方面比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.01或0.05)。结论:全程心理行为干预能促进首发精神分裂症患者的康复。 　　[关键词] 心理行为干预;精神分裂症;康复 　　[中图分类号] R473.74 [文献标识码]C [文章编号]1674-4721(2010)03(a)-106-03 　　 　　Impact of full comprehensive psychological and behavioral intervention on the rehabilitation of first-episode patients with schizophrenia 　　LIU Xianbiao,WU Chunxiang,XIAO Yongzhen 　　(Department of Psychitry,the Third Peoples Hospital of Meizhou City, Guangdong Province,Meizhou 514089, China) 　　[Abstract] Objective: To stuty impct of full comprehensive psychological and behavioral intervention on the rehabilitation of first-episode patinents with schizophrenia. Methods:120 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into observation and control groups(60 cases for each group). Conventional treatment given to the patients in contronl group and full comprehensive psychological and behavioral intervention was applied to the patiens at the same time based on conventional treameat in obervation group. The effect of rehabilitation and quality of life of the patients were assessed with positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS),general quality of life questionnaire(GQOLI)and patient questionnaire(general, medicationcompliance, recurrence, 　　reemployment)assessment of the effectiveness and quality of life in patients with rehabilitation. Results: The re-admission rate in one year and the scores of PANSS lower inobservation group than that in control group(P0.01or0.05); GQOLI score was higher than that in control(P0.01).
