八珍汤加减在静脉曲张经皮静脉内激光成形术后并发病防治中应用 　　【摘要】目的：观察下肢静脉曲张行经皮静脉内激光成形术后应用八珍汤防治并发症的效果。方法：将术后经辨证为气虚血瘀型的45例53条下肢静脉曲张患肢按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。两组均行经皮静脉内激光成形术，对照组术后给予红花黄色素治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用八珍汤，对比观察其应用效果。结果：观察组术后并发症皮下瘀斑、患肢疼痛、患肢肿胀及条索状硬结的改善时间明显比对照组要短，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论： 八珍汤内服在下改善肢静脉曲张行经皮静脉内激光成形术后并发症方面具有显著疗效。 　　【关键词】下肢静脉曲张；大隐静脉高位结扎；经皮静脉内激光成形术；八珍汤 　　【中图分类号】R654.4【文献标志码】 A【文章编号】1007-8517（2017）01-0087-03 　　Clinical Study on the Treatment of Varicose Veins by Percutaneous Intravenous Laser Angioplasty Combining with Bazhen Decoction 　　ZHU Yuangui1FENG Zhi2* 　　1.Clinical Medicine of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Nanchang 330000，China； 　　2.Nanchang Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine， Nanchang 330000，China 　　Abstract：Objectives To explore new treatment methods of postoperative recovery of varicose vein of lower limbs after being treated with percutaneous intravenous laser angioplasty.Methods 53 affected lower limbs with varicose vein of 45 cases were diagnosed with qi deficiency and blood stasis by the treatment according to the syndrome differentiation after operation were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method. Patients from the control group were treated with percutaneous intravenous laser angioplasty and carthamin yellow treatment while patients from the observation group were given oral administration of Bazhen decoction on the basis of the control group.Results The recovery time of postoperative complications including ecchymosis， limb pain， limb swelling and funicular induration of the observation group was evidently shorter than that of the control group and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）.Conclusion Percutaneous intravenous laser angioplasty combining with Bazhen decoction has a significant curative effect on treating postoperative complications of varicose vein of lower limbs after being treated with percutaneous intravenous laser angioplasty. 　　Keywords：V
