和肽素检测在心肾综合征大鼠模型中诊断价值   [摘要] 目的 研究和肽素(copeptin,CPP)水平对大鼠心肾综合征(cardiorenal syndrome,CRS)的诊断价值。 方法45只雄性SD大鼠采用部分肾切除术合并心肌梗死术建立CRS模型,随机分成CK组(空白对照组)、MI组(心肌梗死组)、CRS组(心肾综合征组),造模后1~5周检测血清中CPP浓度的变化及血液动力学、肾功能的水平。结果 与CK组比,造模后MI组和CRS组血肌酐(SCr)、尿肌酐(UCr)、尿素氮(BUN)均显著升高(P0.05),而且与MI组比较,CRS组SCr在第5周明显升高,BUN在1 w、3 w、4 w、5 w均明显升高(P0.05)。与CK组比较,CRS组在造模后1 w、2 w、3 w、4 w、5 w血清中CPP显著升高(P0.05);与MI组比较,CRS组造模后1 w、5 w血清中CPP显著升高(P0.05)。 结论 心肾综合征大鼠血清和肽素水平明显升高,具有一定的诊断价值。   [关键词] 和肽素;心肾综合征;心肾功能;大鼠   [中图分类号] R541.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701(2017)34-0024-04   The diagnostic value of copeptin detection in rat models of cardiorenal syndrome   SHENG Xiaosheng1 LIN Li2 YU Zhangping1 JIANG Lizhen1 DING Mingxing3 GUO Fangming3   1.Department of Cardiology, Jinhua Peoples Hospital in Zhejiang Province, Jinhua 321000, China; 2.Department of Anesthesiology, Jinhua Peoples Hospital in Zhejiang Province, Jinhua 321000, China; 3.Department of Medical Sci7ence, Jinhua Polytechnic, Jinhua 321007, China   [Abstract] Objective To study the value of copeptin(CPP) in the diagnosis of cardiorenal syndrome(CRS) in rats. Methods 45 male Sprague-Dawley rats were treated with partial nephrectomy combined with myocardial infarction to establish CRS model and randomly divided into CK group (blank control group), MI group (myocardial infarction group) and CRS group (cardiorenal syndrome group). The changes of serum CPP concentration and hemodynamics, and the level of renal function were measured in the next 1-5 weeks after modeling. Results Compared with those in CK group, the serum creatinine (SCr), urinary creatinine (UCr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) in MI group and CRS group after modeling were significantly higher (P0.05). The SCr of the CRS group significantly increased in the week 5 compared with that of the MI group, and the BUN of the CRS group were significantly increased in the week 1 3, 4, 5 compared with that of the MI group(P0.05).
