西安交通大学硕士学位论文 西安工程大学本科毕业论文 PAGE 16 PAGE 1 天鑫食品加工厂复合式熏烤机更新决策研究 摘 要 设备是工业生产的基本手段，是企业生产的重要物质保障。传统的设备管理方式偏重于技术管理，决策方法也侧重于基本投资额即购置费用的数额，片面强调投资少、见效快的思想，即单从技术角度出发考虑问题，没有综合考虑经济因素。为改善这一问题，论文将经济寿命理论应用到更新决策中，并在其基础上对复合式熏烤机的更新决策进行研究，从经济角度为管理者提供了定量的决策依据，使决策更具综合性、现实性和科学性。 为解决复合式熏烤机更新决策方面的问题，对复合式熏烤机的经济寿命进行了计算，并对其结果进行了分析，讨论了复合式熏烤机更新时机的选择，构造出两种不同的更新方案。对复合式熏烤机更新方案进行了评价。结合复合式熏烤机的特点，采用寿命期内年均总费用法对复合式熏烤机更新方案进行评价分析。通过计算比较备选方案的年均总费用，获得最佳的更新方案。 关键词：复合式熏烤机；更新决策；经济寿命；评价 Research on Renewal Decision Making of Composite Fume Bake Machine of Tianxin Food-Processing Plant Abstract As important parts of enterprise assets, equipments are one of foundations of production. Traditionally, technical management is emphasized on in equipment management. Meanwhile, initial investment is focused on in decision making methods to achieve less investment and fast benefit. For dealing with complex issues, it is lack of scientific rationality that will lead to the deviation from the best time of the equipment update, or after the implementation of updating, the effect of the project is not satisfactory, that result in economic losses. In order to improve this issue, the theory of economic life is applied to the update decision-making in the thesis, and study the update decision-making of the composite fume bake machine on the basis of it. It provides a quantitative basis for decision-making from the economic point of view for managers. It makes the decision-making more integrated, realistic and scientific. The economic life of composite fume bake machine is calculated to solve the problem of its decision-making. The results are analyzed to discuss the timing of composite fume bake machine updates, and two different update schemes are constructed. The composite fume bake machine update schemes are evaluated. Combined with the characteristics of the composite fume bake machine, the average annual total cost in the life is calculated to evaluate the composite fume bake machine update scheme.
