子痫前期孕妇血浆TNFα水平与疾病严重程度相关性研究 　　[摘要] 目的：评估子痫前期孕妇血浆肿瘤坏死因子-α（tumor necrosis factor-α，TNF-α）水平与病情严重程度的关系，从而能够更好的评估子痫前期孕妇疾病的严重程度，为预防及治疗提供依据及研究基础。方法：收集子痫前期孕妇74例，根据相关实验室检查指标将74例孕妇分为轻度和重度子痫前期，同时收集40例正常妊娠孕妇作为对照组；比较3组人群血压、心率、24 h尿蛋白、血肌酐、谷丙转氨酶和TNF-α水平；同时采用Spearman秩相关分析血浆TNF-α水平与病情严重程度的相关性。结果：与对照组孕妇相比，子痫前期孕妇收缩压、心率、24 h尿蛋白、血肌酐、谷丙转胺酶和TNF-α水平均明显升高（P0.05）；与轻度子痫前期孕妇相比，重度子痫前期孕妇收缩压、心率、24 h尿蛋白、血肌酐、谷丙转胺酶和TNF-α水平升高更加明显（P0.05）；Spearman秩相关分析提示，血浆TNF-α水平与病情严重性呈正相关，相关系数r=0.906（P0.05）。结论：子痫前期孕妇外周血TNF-α水平，可以在一定程度上评估病情的严重程度。 　　[关键词] 子痫前期；肿瘤坏死因子-α；相关性；血浆 　　[中图分类号] R714.24+5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2012）01（b）-020-02 　　 　　Investigation of relationship of serum level of TNF-α with the disease severity of pregnant woman with preeclampsia 　　WANG Zhiqin, HAO Yanghua 　　Department of Obstetric and Gynecological, Baoan People′s Hospital of Shenzhen City in Guangdong Province, Shenzhen 518101, China 　　[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the relationship of serum level of TNF-α with the disease severity of pregnant woman with preeclampsia so as to improve the evaluation of the severity of disease which could provide evidences and research foundation for the prevention and treatment of the disease.
