内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） PAGE 39 旋转流管式膜微滤污水处理系统的PLC控制及组态王的显示 摘 要 随着城市和工业的快速发展，环境问题显得日益严重。污水是破坏环境的一个最主要的因素，严重影响着我们的生活，所以解决污水问题刻不容缓。但是目前我国污水处理自控系统相对落后，污水处理成本居高不下，污水厂排放的处理过的污水的水质不稳定，所以建立既有效又经济的自控系统才是解决污水处理问题的关键。 旋转流污水预处理是近几年广泛用于污水预处理的一门新技术,它采用了性价比较高的西门子S7-200PLC控制旋转流管式膜微滤污水处理系统。本装置成本低，操作简单，能更有效的反应污水处理的过程，用于污水处理具有较高的技术经济可行性。本系统有两套净化处理装置,当一套处于净化状态时,二套处于备用状态。而当一套发生堵塞时进行一套反冲，同时二套开始净化。不论是在净化状态还是在反冲状态,均有相应的仪表对流量和压力信号进行检测和记录。并利用组态控制技术形象地展示了控制系统的工艺流程,便于生产的组织与管理。软件编程实现了工艺要求,大大提高了工作效率。 关键字：PLC、旋转流管、污水处理、组态王显示、膜微滤 Rotary tubular membrane flow sewage treatment system PLC control and configuration of the display of the king Abstract With the rapid urban and industrial development, environmental problems become increasingly serious.
