XXX学院毕业设计（论文） 房地产投资风险分析 学 生：XXX 学 号： 专 业：工程管理 班 级：2010.1 指导教师：XXX XXX学院建筑工程学院 二O一二年六月 摘 要 随着国民经济的持续健康发展和经济建设规模的不断扩大，我国房地产市场体制正在步入规范阶段，房地产业进入了市场竞争的良性循环，已经发展成为一个独立的行业,并逐步成为国民经济的支柱产业之一。然而由于房地产市场机制的不完善，以及房地产投资研究中存在的种种误区，加上房地产本身是一个高投入、高回报、高风险的行业，如何较为正确地进行风险识别和评价这些风险是房地产业面临的迫切需要解决的问题。因此，对当前房地产投资风险的研究具有重要的现实意义。 关键词：房地产投资；投资风险；风险识别 ABSTRACT With the constant expansion of the sustained and healthy development of economic construction, Chinas real estate market system is moving into the specification stage, the real estate industry has entered a virtuous cycle of competition in the market, has developed into an independent industry, and gradually become a national one of the pillar industries of the economy. However, due to the imperfections of the real estate market mechanisms, as well as all the errors exist in the real estate investment research, coupled with the real estate itself is a high investment, high return, high risk industry, how to more accurate risk identification and evaluation of these risks is the urgent need to address the problems faced by the real estate industry. Therefore, the current real estate investment risk has important practical significance.
