大连理工大学毕业设计（论文）格式规范 - PAGE CLXIX - 辽 东 学 院 本 科 毕 业 设 计 HL小区5#住宅楼2标段 建筑工程施工图预算编制 Budget Compilation of Architectural Engineering Construction Drawing of 2section of the No.5 Residential Building of HL Community 学 生 姓 名： 学 院： 城市建设学院 专 业： 工程管理（工程造价） 班 级： B0805 学 号： 1413080512 指 导 教 师： 审 阅 教 师： 完 成 日 期： 2012年1月2日 辽 东 学 院 Eastern Liaoning University 摘 要 施工图预算是指在设计施工图完成后，计算设计施工图的工程量，根据施工方案套用现行的工程预算定额及费用定额，材料预算价格等，编制的单位工程或单项工程建设费用的经济文件。施工图预算是施工单位组织施工的依据；是施工单位统计完成工程量的依据；是施工企业进行经济核算的依据；是施工单位和建设单位进行工程结算的依据。 本设计采用的是工程量清单计价模式，以HL小区5#住宅楼2标段建筑、结构施工图、2008年辽宁省建设工程计价依据之建设工程计价定额编制说明、辽宁省建设工程计价依据A建筑工程计价定额（上、下）、辽宁工程造价信息、大连地区建设工程规费计取标准、辽宁省建设工程费用标准、11G101-1、11G101-2、11G101-3标准图集等估价依据为基础，采用工程量清单单价法来完成。 本设计的主要编制过程为：根据施工图纸计算工程量、编制分部分项工程量清单、编制措施项目清单、编制其他项目清单、编制规费及税金项目清单、以编制完成的上述清单为基础，完成对分部分项工程、措施项目、其他项目、规费及税金项目的计价，最终形成HL小区5#住宅楼2标段建筑工程施工图预算编制文档。 根据测算，HL5#住宅楼2标段建筑工程总价为1374833.89元，每平方米单价为988.88元。 关键词：施工图预算；工程量清单；单价；建筑工程 Budget Compilation of Architectural Engineering Construction Drawing of 2section of the No.5 Residential Building of HL Community Abstract Construction drawing budget refers to the figure after the completion of the design and construction, calculation of quantities figure design and construction, according to form the present project budget quota of construction scheme and fee scale, materials budget price, unit or item project construction costs of the project prepared by economic file.
