AMT电动换档控制策略设计
摘 要
本文的中心内容是混合动力电控机械式自动变速车辆的换档规律的制定和特殊道路和驾驶员意图条件下的换档控制策略设计。
为此,本论文以TJ7101轿车为基础,针对AMT系统的换档控制,从以下几个方面展开研究:
(1) 首先介绍了电控机械式自动变速器换档控制策略的历史、现状及发展趋势。同时明确本论文的研究内容;
(2) 根据发动机性能试验数据,构造了发动机转矩模型和燃油消耗模型;
(3) 通过对影响车辆动力性和燃油经济性的因素进行分析,推导了最佳动力性和最佳燃油经济性换档规律的制定方法;
(4) 以智能化的换档控制理论为基础,针对不同的道路条件和驾驶员意图要求,对现有的动力性换档规律做相应的修正,得到单一特殊工况下修正的换档规律和修正参数,并对换档规律进行特殊工况条件的仿真研究和结果分析;
(5) 进行了电子控制单元的软硬件设计,选用PIC16F877A单片机,按照AMT控制系统的要求,进行了软件流程的设计。

SHIFTING CONTROL STRATEGY DESIGN OF ELECTRICAL CONTROLLED AUTOMATIC MECHANICAL TRANSMISSION
Abstract
The shifting law in Hybrid Electric Vehicle with Automatic Mechanical Transmission System and the shifting control strategy conditioned on special road and intention of driver are prime study content in this paper.
In this paper, focused on shifting control law of AMT system, study on TJ7101 is put forwards follows:
(1) First of all the present status, trend and the history of shifting control strategy of AMT are summarized in this thesis. At the same time the content of this paper is confirmed;
(2) According to the characteristic tests of engine, it constructs the steady output torque model and fuel consumption model of engine;
(3) Through analyzing the influence factors of power and fuel-economy for the automobile, the author get the establishment methods for the optimal-power shift schedule and optimal fuel-economy shift schedule.
(4) Under the background of intellectualized shifting control theory, aiming at the condition of road and drivers’ intention, existing shifting law is modified accordingly, modified shifting law in the certain situation is gained, and Simulation study and result analysis about shifting law are put forward.
(5) Moreover the design of circuits and software of AMT electrical control are made. It chooses microcomputer of PIC16F877A and designs the software according to the demand of AMT.
