PAGE 摘 要 随着社会生产力的发展和人们生活水平的提高,人们对生产和生活环境的要求也越来越高。伴随着人们环境意识的不断提高,溴化锂吸收式制冷运行时以其无噪音,振动小,无污染,可以利用各种废热等优点,已逐步取代氟制冷成为主流发展趋势,因此,研究溴化锂吸收式制冷意义重大,溴化锂制冷具有广阔的发展前景,也一定会在未来得到长足的发展。本文主要根据教学和制冷实验的需要,依据溴化锂吸收式制冷的工作原理和特点,对溴化锂吸收式制冷实验装置进行设计,主要完成其结构布局,各换热器计算和设计,设计结构图,最后对整个系统进行性能测定,并根据其优缺点分析得出其具体的节能措施和主要用途。同时依据系统的控制和保护,对整个制冷系统进行完善和修正。 关键词:溴化锂;吸收;制冷;设计。 Abstract With the development of social productive force and people’s growth in the living standard,. People’s require in produce and living environment is also increasingly higher and higher. accompany with people’s consciousness of environment is increased, lithium bromide absorption refrigeration have many advantages, such as noise-free, small vibration ,less pollution and utilizing different kinds of waste heat and so on, which is already gradually substituted the fluorine refrigeration and predominate the trend of development. Wherefore, research of the lithium bromide absorption refrigeration is of great moment. Lithium bromide absorption refrigeration has extensive long term potential, which is also certain to gain full grown development in the future. This article mostly bases on the demand of teaching and experiment of refrigeration, referencing the lithium bromide absorption refrigeration’s principle of operation and characters, designing the experimental apparatus of lithium bromide absorption refrigeration, mostly finishing its structure position, calculating and designing each heat exchanger, constructional drawing of design. In conclusion, preceding the total system’s performance measurement, and also based on its advantages and disadvantages analysis gains its specific energy-saving measures and main application. At the same time, in terms of the gibberish and protection of the refrigeration system, and proceed the whole refrigeration system’s soundness and amend.
