l 摘 要 随着科学技术的发展及全球经济一体化的加速,企业的生存和竞争环境发生了巨大的变化,产品质量已成为企业在竞争中获胜的前提,提高质量成为国内外众多学者和企业关注的热点。其中,工序质量是产品制造过程中质量形成的重要环节,工序质量控制是使产品保持稳态生产,提高质量的关键。 本论文通过对易贝电机厂Y系列三相异步电机生产过程的实际调研,了解其加工工艺流程及各道工序的质量现状,并对其进行检验,找到生产过程中的“瓶颈”工序。然后运用工序质量控制的相关理论方法,如排列图法、直方图法、控制图法、5M1E法、SPC技术等对Y系列三相异步电动机工序质量进行分析与改善,使其工序质量处于稳定状态,过程能力指数达到要求,并将SPC技术推行到实际生产中,使今后生产作业,能够更加及时地发现工序质量的异常变化,进而做出有效的调整,保持工序质量长期稳定 关键词:工序质量;质量控制;SPC;5M1E ABSTRACT With the rapid development of technology and the accelerating of global economic integration, the competition environment in manufacturing industry has been changed radically. Product quality has been a premise of sharing market accordingly, so how to improve quality receives increasing attention by most scholars at home and abroad, also by many enterprises. The process quality is the most important section of quality formation during manufacturing process. The control of process quality plays a key in keeping manufacturing steadily the product and improving the product quality. This article introduces its technological process and quality present situation by investigating of Y series three-phase asynchronous machine and collecting the data in 易贝 electric motor limited company and analyzes the “bottleneck” process by random sample. Then through quality control relevant methods, such as diagram, histogram, control chart, 5M1E, SPC and so on, the questions of the process quality are found out, and the feasible measures to improve and control the product quality are made so as to make the process quality control of the products get steadily. In the later work, it is necessary to understand the application procedure of SPC better, and apply it to real production process to find the questions of the process quality in time and make the process quality control of the products get steadily.
