精品 南京林业大学 本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 上海、南京、杭州三地创业环境研究 学 院： 经济管理学院 专 业： 工商管理 学 号： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 职 称： 上海、南京、杭州三地创业环境研究 摘 要 创业是推动经济发展的强劲动力，是通过对已有资源的利用和新创意元素的整合，创造新市场价值的商业行为。创业活动需要一个由无数普通细节构筑的创业环境一块培育个人成功、商界传奇和制造社会澎湃的土壤。中国的这片土壤，仍然需要补充畅通的融资机制、广阔的经理人市场、出色的工程师、完善的法制……本文先以创业及创业环境为分析研究的对象，进而选取了中国长三角具有代表性的三个城市作为分析研究的重点，虽然这三座城市是中国发展较好的城市，但与发达国家的一些城市比较，仍存在一定的差距。本文对这三座城市的创业环境进行分析比较，得出三座城市创业环境各自的优劣势，最后分别对三座城市提出优化其创业环境的政策建议，以优化三地的创业环境，希望三地的发展能尽快进入世界先进行列。 关键词：创业、创业环境、政府政策 The research of shanghai, Nanjing and Hangzhou′s start undertaking environment Abstract: Start undertaking is the strong power that pushes the development of the economic. It mixes the resource one already have and other new sauce together to create new market wealth. The action of start undertaking needs its own environment. It should be a place where people who have a will can be successful, and it would make the society more wonderful. In China, private enterprises and employing in the process of the basic form of Chinese economic development and social employing is the foundation of discussing enterprises environment .Its essence is to create excellent environment of private enterprises .Its aim is to promote civil to investing. The modern metropolis characteristic of Shanghai, Hangzhou and Nanjings economy emerged at present. But, compare with the developed countries and regions it still lags behind obviously. Nowadays, for the further development of the economy we ought to move the obstacles of market entrance promote opening and internationalization encourage the private entrepreneurs participate in the reformational process of the state-owned enterprises. The environment of development in the three cities all has its unique advantages and disadvantages. Through comparing the three cities, we make out a conclusion and give some advices to improve the start undertaking environment. Key Words: start undertaking, start under
