论文作者:论文中文题目 wPAGE IV w 城市老年消费市场的特征及开发策略 李金莹:城市老年人消费市场的特征及开发策略 wPAGE I 摘 要 近年来,中国人口老龄化问题一直为世人所关注。自1997年“老龄产业座谈会”召开以来,社会各界开始关注老年人消费市场。这不仅仅是一个经济问题,更是一个社会问题,它与我国构建和谐社会,促进可持续发展有着极为密切的关系,因而日益引起社会的重视。目前,我国城市老年人市场已经形成,其购买意愿十分强烈。随着老龄化社会的到来和我国市场经济的进一步发展,老年人的消费时限逐步延长,老年人的购买力进一步增强,老年市场进一步扩大,国家对老年人社会保障措施不断完善,开发老年市场具有极大的潜力。由于我国的特殊国情,城乡消费水平还存在很大差距。虽然城市老年人口只占全国老年人口的1/3,但就是这1/3的人聚集着老年人消费的绝大多数的购买力,也正是这1/3的人引领着老年人消费的发展趋势。为了适应来势猛烈的人口老龄化,许多专家学者对此进行了大量的研究,提出了许多有价值的建议和对策。本文在借鉴大量学者研究资料的基础上,采用文献法、市场调查法、访谈法等对城市老年消费市场进行调查研究,期望在对老年消费市场特征进行分析的基础上找出当前城市老年消费市场存在的问题,进而提出城市老年人消费市场的开发原则及营销策略。 关键词:城市,老年人消费市场,开发策略 Abstract In recent years,the Chinese population advanced age has been paid attention by people of the whole world.Since the advanced age industry symposium of 1997, social public has started to pay attention to the consume market of the old people.This is not only an economic problem, but also a social problem, it has extremely close relation with setting up the harmonious society and promoting the development of keeping on.As a result, it has caused the value of the society increasingly. At present, the old peoples market of our country city has already been become, and its purchases will is very strong. With the arrival of the advanced age and the further development of our country market economy, the old peoples consumption time limitation has prolonged gradually, the old peoples purchasing power has been more stronger, and the nation to old peoples society guarantee measures has become continuously perfect, so developing the old-age market will have tremendous potential. Because of the special state of our country, the urban and rural consumption level still exists big margin. Although the old-age population of city stands up 1/3 of the national old people, but this 1/3 of person comes together the great majority of the old peoples consumption of the purchasing power, also exactly this 1/3 of person guides the development trend of the old peoples consumption.
