ERP在企业财务管理中的应用 摘 要 随着知识经济和信息时代的来临，国内企业面临着日益严峻的挑战。大量高新信息技术在各行各业得到广泛应用，然而传统的管理方式使得这些高新信息技术所产生的信息资源在企业内无法得到充分和有效的利用。在激烈的市场竞争中，企业资源的综合运营能力已成为体现企业市场竞争力的重要标志，整合了客户需求、企业内部经营活动、供应商资源的ERP系统正在被越来越多的企业作为提高企业核心竞争力的有力工具。本文主要通过ERP在国内外企业应用状况的对比分析，对ERP在我国企业财务管理中的应用进行了探讨。通过对目前ERP在我国企业应用状况的考察、思索以及对相关资料、数据的分析、研究，运用案例、对比分析等方法进行了总结、提炼和阐述，使企业管理人员和实施人员可以在时间、成本、人力资源的约束下，对实施的全过程进行计划、组织、协调、控制和评价，达到提高ERP实施的成功率，并进一步提升企业管理的目的。另外，结合一些具有代表性的案例，总结了目前在我国企业ERP的应用中普遍存在的一些问题，对如何成功实施财务信息化管理进行了探讨。 关键词： ERP 财务管理 企业管理 ERP in enterprise financial management of application Major: Financial Management Abstract With the knowledge economy and the advent of the information age, the domestic enterprises are faced with the growing challenge.
