摘要 MCM是一种具有良好综合特性的多功能复合净水材料,广泛应用于矿泉水生产、饮用水处理设备、循环净化设备等高端水处理设备与工程中。MCM成品颗粒材料分级为10~20目、20~30目、30~40目、40~60目四个粒径范围组,并通过测量堆积容重得出了由10~20目、20~30目、30~40目、40~60目等不同粒径的MCM组成了一个密实度最高的最佳级配组。本论文主要目的是通过对MCM颗粒强度、堆积容重、亚甲基蓝吸附值、余氯去除率的测定,对在一定工艺条件下制备的不同粒径的MCM和最佳级配组的MCM的理化性能做出评价。论文中综述了MCM材料的化学构成和微观形态、作用机理,以及主要技术指标的测试方法。 论文表明了MCM的最佳级配为10~20目:20~30目:30~40目:40~60目=30.00:24.00:21.60:15.12;颗粒强度最高的是10~20目粒径的MCM颗粒,其磨耗率为0.24%;余氯去除率最高的是最佳级配组的MCM颗粒,达到了93.5%;亚甲蓝吸附值最高的是最佳级配组的MCM颗粒,达到了90.834mg/g。 关键词:MCM 颗粒强度 堆积容重 亚甲基蓝吸附值 余氯去除率 Abstract MCM is a good comprehensive properties of the water purification material, widely used in mineral water production, water treatment equipment, recycling water purification equipment and other top equipment and projects. MCM products are graded granular materials 10~20 mesh, 20 ~ 30 mesh, 30 ~ 40 mesh, 40 ~ 60 mesh size range of the four groups and obtained by measuring the accumulation of bulk density from 10~20 mesh,20 ~ 30 mesh, 30 ~ 40 mesh, 40 ~ 60 mesh different size such as to form a highest level dense MCM which is named the best grading group. The main purpose of this paper is to assesse physical and chemical properties of MCM which is made in different particle size and in certain conditions through measureing the strength of MCM particles, packing density, methylene blue adsorption, removal of residual chlorine. MCM paper reviews the chemical composition of materials and morphology, mechanism, and the major technical indicators of the test methods. Paper shows that the best gradation of MCM is 10 ~ 20 mesh: 20 ~ 30 mesh: 30 ~ 40 mesh: 40 ~ 60 mesh = 30.00:24.00:21.60:15.12; particles strength of 10 to 20 mesh size MCM particles is the highest and the wear rate is only 0.24%; chlorine removal is the best class with the highest group of MCM particles, reaching 93.5%; methylene blue adsorption value with the highest level is the best group of MCM particles, to the 90.834mg / g.
