PAGE 板坯加热保温系统微机控制的实现 摘要 步进式加热炉作为钢铁工业轧钢生产线的关键设备和能耗设备，钢坯温度的控制设计和步进梁自动控制水平直接影响到能耗、烧损率、废钢率、产量、质量等指标。为了实现高效节能、减少污染的目标，轧钢加热炉将向自动化和计算机控制方向进一步发展。西门子S7-300编程软件STEP-7提供了很好的软件开发平台。STEP-7具有的功能有：硬件配置和参数设置、通信组态、编程、测试、运行和诊断的功，体现了微机自动控制的特点。WinCC V6.0能对数据库进行生产数据的归档，同时具有Web浏览器功能，可使在办公室内看到生产流程的动态画面，从而更好地调度指挥生产，是很好的生产实时数据平台软件 本文对类似的工业过程计算机控制设计进行了借鉴。论述了在STEP-7平台下，如何对板坯加热这个复杂的工业系统进微机控制。 文章从分析国内外加热炉计算机控制系统研究和应用现状着手，对加热炉的板坯加热部分的主要设备步进梁、温度控制系统的工艺流程、控制系统组成及控制原理进行了分析，根据上述分析利用西门子S7-300编程软件STEP-7完成了PLC程序的整体设计。根据加热炉板坯加热部分的主要设备步进梁、温度控制系统的工艺流程特点，在WinCC环境下，组态了步进梁、温度控制的监控画面。最后一章对全文进行了总结。 关键词：步进式加热炉，PLC，WinCC，监控系统 The Design and Application of Computer Control System for slab heating system Abstract Since reheating furnace is the key and energy-consuming facility in the steel-rollingproduction line in the iron and steel industry,the optimum design of the temperature ofbillet steels and the automation control degree of the reheating furnace will influence suchtargets as energy consumption,steel scrap rate,steel output,product quality and so on directly. To achieve higher efficiency with less energy and to lessen pollution as well, reheating furnace used in the steel rolling will be improved towards automation and computerized control..Siemens S7-300 programming software STEP-7 provided a good platform for software development.
