PAGE 中间包新型结构设计和流场模拟 摘要 随着炼钢技术的不断发展,对连铸钢的清洁度和铸坯质量的要求也越来越高。中间包内钢液的流动状态,对延长钢水在中间包内的停留时间,减少卷渣和改善夹杂物的上浮去除有着重要的作用,直接影响着连铸坯的质量。因此,分析并设计新型的中间包结构,研究并分析中间包内钢液的流动状况,保证钢液流动状态的合理性具有相当重要的理论和实际意义。 本实验是在分析中间包挡墙的发展的基础上,针对连铸生产的现状,提出了新型中间包挡墙的设计思想,通过增强中间包的冶金功能,改善中间包的挡渣性能。实验采用数学模拟和中间包水力学模拟相结合的方法,运用流场分析软件FLUENT建立中间包的数学模型,通过模拟具有不同内部结构的中间包,计算不同条件下中间包的流场状态,分析了不同的结构对中间包流场的影响,并优化了中间包结构。 研究表明,优化后的中间包内钢水流动状况较优化前得到较好改善,更加有利于钢水的净化,加强了中间包的冶金功能,提高中间包的寿命,提高生产率,在生产中发挥良好作用。 关键词:中间包;物理模拟;数学模拟;控流装置;FLUENT软件 Abstract With the development of steel-making technology, it becomes more and more important to improve the cleanliness and quality of casting steel. The flowing condition of molten steel in tundish is considered very important to lengthen the residence time of molten steel in tundish, reduce the wrapped slag and improve the floating and excluding of inclusions included in molten steel. It will have direct effect on quality of casting products. Therefore, it is very significant both in theory and practical application to analyze and design the new-style of tundish construct and study and analyze the flowing condition of molten steel in tundish. The experiment base on the analysis of the tundish barricade development, contrapose the present status of continuous casting, present the ideal of design a new tundish barricade, through enhance the metallurgical function of the tundish, improve the tundish performance of pushing off the slag. The experiment adopts the mathematical simulation and tundish hydraulics simulation. The field analysis software FLUENT is used to base the tundish mathematics model, by simulating tundishes with different inner structures, calculating the flowing state in tundish of different conditions. Analyzing the effect of different constructs on the tundish flowing field. The research proves that the flowing condition of molten steel has been much improved compared with that of molten steel in former tundish, which is not optimized.
