精品论文 PAGE 半自动双研磨盘机的下研磨盘的传动装置 摘 要 双研磨盘精研磨机作为一种专用机床，能用于研磨零件的平面和圆柱面，可以广泛用于油泵油咀厂、柴油机厂、轴承厂等，用以研磨轴承滚柱、轴承座圈、销轴、量规、密封环等零件。下研磨盘作为机床的重要组成部分，可以用来放置待研磨工件和调整工件的位置，同时起着研磨工件的作用。 本设计主要对下传动装置各部件的结构设计、工艺、装配顺序以及整个结构对系统精度的影响进行了系统的设计和研究。就下研磨盘传动装置设计的自身特点来讲，研磨盘所承受的轴向力由固定在床身上部的箱体内的空心轴，通过一个D级向心推力球轴承直接传到壳体。径向力由两个D级的单列向心球轴承支撑。上下研磨盘的转动由双速电动机通过两对可换皮带轮，经减速箱水平轴上的蜗杆副带动下研磨盘转动，经垂直轴使上研磨盘随动，进而拨动离合器使上研磨盘转动或固定，上下研磨盘的旋转方向相反,下研磨盘的升降通过液压压力油进入油缸推动活塞使主轴升降来实现。 该传动装置是根据研磨机床的实际生产需要设计改造的。因此具有更好的实用性，能快速、准确地对工件进行测量和加工，既减少了劳动强度，又提高了生产效率，适用于零件的大批量生产。 关键词：专用机床,空心轴,皮带轮,向心推力球轴承 THE DESIGN OF SEMIAUTOMATIC-PLATEN MACHINE TO THE NEXT GEAR GRINDING PLATE ABSTRACT Astrology-grinding mill site as a dedicated machine, it can be used for grinding parts of the plane and cylindrical surface, can be widely used for pump oil agiler plant, diesel plant, the bearings factory for grinding roller bearings, housings circle pin, gauge, sealing ring and other parts.
