摘要 在日常生活和石油化工企业,一旦发生可燃性气体的泄漏而未采取有效的措施,将会对人身及财产产生极大的影响,甚至会产生毁灭性的灾难。对可燃气体泄漏做出预先判断,在事故未扩大之前采取措施,可以避免事故的发生。液化气属于可燃性气体的一种,因此对其检测、监控、报警是很有比要的;而单片机在可靠性、实时性和灵活性方面都有突出优点。本设计将这两方面结合起来,设计了基于单片机的智能液化气报警器。 该设计基于PIC单片机为核心,以气敏传感器检测可燃气体的质量浓度,经过信号调理后,直接读入单片机中,单片机对检测的信号进行判断。如果质量浓度超过预定数值时,将发出声光报警。系统带有液晶显示和键盘输入,可设置报警器的相关参数;系统采用市电和电池两路供电。该系统电路操作方便,体积小,成本低,功耗低,可靠性高,寿命长等特点。 关键词:液化气,PIC单片机,气敏传感器,智能报警器 Abstract In everyday life and petrochemical enterprise, in the event of leakage of flammable gases and are not taking effective measures, will have a tremendous impact on personal and property, even will have a devastating disaster. This design will combine these two aspects, design of MCU-based intelligent gas alarms. The design is based on PIC single-chip computer as the core, to gas sensor detection of combustible gas concentration, after signal conditioning, read directly into single chip, single-chip microcomputer on the test signal of judgment. If the concentration exceeds the book value, there will be a sound and light alarm. System with LCD display and keyboard input, you can set the alarm parameters; two ways power supply system and use both batteries. The system circuit is easy to operate, small size, low cost, low power consumption, high reliability, long life and other characteristics.
